Service Times at All Hallows

All Hallows

You are invited to join us at any of our services.

You don’t have to be church member or even a Christian– everyone is welcome.

Please note - we currently have no permanent Vicar so times and types of services may have to change - please always check our Special Services page for information about any changes.

7.45 Sunday

Holy Communion in Common Worship style.
This service lasts about 40 minutes - no hymns are sung.

10.45 First, third and fourth Sunday in the month

Holy Communion in Common Worship style
This service lasts about 60 minutes and hymns are sung, often with a choir.

Both our 7.45 and 10.45 Sunday services include the act of communion, when we join together at the altar to eat bread and drink wine to remind us of the last meal Christ ate with his followers.  Everyone is welcome to join in with this part of the service.  If you prefer you can come to the altar to receive a blessing or remain sitting in your pew.

10.45 Second Sunday in the month

All Age Worship.
A less formal service without Holy Communion, which lasts about 45minutes.

We often include baptisms in this service.  Children are welcome at all our services, though this service is one that may be preferred by parents.

10.00 Fifth Sunday in the month

United Service of Holy Communion
This is a service when the congregations of both our churches meet together and it is held either at All Hallows or at Saint Mary Magdalene East Keswick.  We sometimes have a visiting speaker.

Please check our Special Services page for details

Refreshments are served after all our Sunday services – you are very welcome to stay.

We also hold special services and events at certain times of the year.  Go to our special services page for details
